I feel like with every year, M+DEV gets better and better. I recently joined Absolutely Not Games with their Dino-Might project, and it’s been a blast! Throughout school, I often found myself in leadership positions. With Dino-Might, it’s interesting to take a step back and play my specific role on the team- and I’m having a blast doing it! It’s also wonderful to have a team that supports one another the way this team does.
I actually got a free M+DEV ticket by volunteering on day two of the event. Honestly, I was excited for my role. I discovered that day that I would be running the Xbox booth, so that was cool. Got to chat it up with the Xbox guy there, Glenn. Love that guy.
My favorite part about these events are always the people. Whether familiar or new, there’s so many cool people at M+DEV. With a couple LinkedIn connections in my pocket, who knows what opportunities await.
